One of the biggest EDM festival brands if not the biggest will be putting on an unforgettable experience this coming weekend for the fifth year in a row.

Ultra Singapore has been under a negative spotlight recently due to an unknown social media user causing a stir and striking fear into the hearts of thousands of loyal Ultra fans through circulating unverified information - pay no attention to these fabricated rumours as after all, they are just rumours with no supporting evidence.

The Ultra Singapore team has gone to great lengths to ensure that the festival goes ahead as planned and will give the fans what they want, 2 whole days of non-stop electronic dance music performed by some of the world’s premier DJ’s including Martin Garrix, Porter Robinson and Skrillex.

In the past, Ultra Singapore has been held at Ultra Park, however this year they’re taking a trip down memory lane to the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre which was the venue for Road to Ultra Singapore in 2015. Here’s a reminder of how that festival went;

“But, for local fans, it was undoubtedly an excellent night - a taste of the quintessential EDM mantra: eat, sleep, rave, repeat.” - The Strait Times

Here’s the official recap video for that year

On the bright side the weather forecast for this weekend is high temperatures with up to 80% humidity but also a very high chance there will be thunderstorms, thankfully we won’t need to worry about the thunder or the hot and muggy weather at the new indoor arena.

Devoted Ultra fans are still as eager as ever with one festival goer commenting, “I am still glad… I just want to see Skrillex.”
